While we all feel anxious and stressed from time to time, there’s cause for concern when they interfere with your life. A healthy amount of stress, for example, can challenge you to think outside the box and push you to greater heights. Some of the approaches that your therapist might recommend include exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and art therapy. Ideally, the therapist works with you to find a solution that is easily relatable to you.
